How we protect case data
- Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest.
- Least-privilege access. Only the employer's authorized admins, the employee and the assigned attorney can see a case.
- Payment data. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; Gale does not retain complete card numbers.
- Authentication. Secure sign-in for every user at app.galevisa.com.
Data retention and deletion
We retain personal data while your account is open or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Contact us to request access or deletion.

Security questionnaires and compliance documentation are available to customers on request.

If you believe you've found a security issue, email founders@getgale.app with details. Please don't access other users' data or disrupt the service. See also our security.txt.

Who can see my immigration documents?
The authorized admins at your employer, you, and the attorney assigned to your case. Gale staff access is limited to what's needed to support the service.
